If the goods are delivered by courier, the customer&#8217;s address is also transmitted in addition to the contact details.<br\/>If the accounting of the online store is performed by the service provider, then personal data is transferred to the service provider for accounting operations.<br\/>Personal data may be transferred to information technology service providers if this is necessary to ensure the functionality of the online store or data hosting. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Security and data access<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Personal data is stored on servers located in the territory of a member state of the European Union or countries that have joined the European Economic Area. Data may be transferred to countries whose level of data protection has been assessed as adequate by the European Commission and to US companies that are affiliated with the<em> Privacy Shield <\/em>framework. <\/p>\n\n<p>Employees of the online store have access to personal data, who can access personal data in order to solve technical issues related to the use of the online store and to provide customer support services.<\/p>\n\n<p>The online store implements appropriate physical, organizational and IT security measures to protect personal data from accidental or illegal destruction, loss, modification or unauthorized access and disclosure.<\/p>\n\n<p>Transfer of personal data to authorized processors of the online store (e.g. transport service provider and data hosting) processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of contracts concluded with the online store and authorized processors. Authorized processors are obliged to ensure appropriate protection measures when processing personal data. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Viewing and correcting personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Personal data can be consulted and corrections made in the user profile of the online store. If the purchase has been made without a user account, you can view your personal data through customer support. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Withdrawal of consent<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>If the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of the customer&#8217;s consent, the customer has the right to withdraw the consent by notifying the customer support by e-mail.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Storage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Upon closing the customer account of the online store, personal data will be deleted, except in cases where it is necessary to keep such data for accounting purposes or to resolve consumer disputes.<br\/>If a purchase is made in the online store without a customer account, the purchase history is stored for three years.<br\/>In case of disputes related to payments and consumer disputes, personal data will be stored until the claim is fulfilled or until the end of the statute of limitations (three years).<br\/>Personal data necessary for accounting are stored for seven years.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Erasure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>To delete personal data, you must contact customer support by e-mail. The deletion request will be answered no later than within a month, and the data deletion period will be specified. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Transfer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The transfer request submitted by e-mail will be answered within a month at the latest. Customer support identifies the identity and informs about the personal data applicable to the transfer. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Direct marketing messages<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The e-mail address is used to send direct marketing messages if the customer has given their consent. If the customer does not wish to receive direct marketing messages, he must select the corresponding reference in the e-mail header or contact customer support. <\/p>\n\n<p>If personal data is processed for the purpose of direct marketing (profiling), the customer has the right to object at any time to both the initial and further processing of his personal data, including profile analysis related to direct marketing, by notifying customer support by e-mail.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Disputes related to the processing of personal data are resolved through customer support (info@linalakkshop.ee).
